Context
Veralga is a direct-to-consumer brand Max Labs built. Rather than optimizing an existing store, this engagement started from the foundation — establishing the brand presence and the commerce experience that carries it.
The challenge
A new brand entering the US market has to feel credible from the first visit. That means a coherent visual identity, a storefront that communicates the product clearly, and a purchase path that works on mobile without friction — all standing up at launch rather than iterated into existence later.
What we did
- Built the storefront experience end to end, from layout system to product presentation.
- Established the brand's visual language — typography, color, and component system — applied consistently across the site.
- Designed the purchase flow mobile-first, where most DTC traffic converts.
- Set up the site for performance and SEO as a static, fast-loading storefront.
